Teams that order the tournament's specially sponsored "GAIA ULTIMATE" sublimated uniforms―whether a full set (top and bottom) or just the shirt and shorts (new orders or reorders)―will be granted priority access to participation slots. ＝Applicability Conditions＝ ・Order the uniform to be worn for this tournament. ・Uniforms manufactured by our company must be worn for both the top and bottom. Entry under this special uniform category is,The application deadline differs from that for the general category and other groups.Please be aware of this. ＝How to Apply＝ Please register via the application form by selecting the "Special Uniform Category" for your entry slot. If the number of applications for the special uniform quota exceeds the number of available team slots, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. ・New Production Team Deadline for team entry under the special uniform category: September 24 (Thu) at 13:00. Deadline for submitting design concept proposals: September 25 (Fri) by 1:00 PM. Final design confirmation: By 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 1. Deadline for submitting the order sheet (indicating the production size and number): October 2 (Fri) by 5:00 PM. ・Additional Production Team Deadline for team entry under the special uniform category: September 24 (Thu) at 13:00. (1)Match Disc It shall be the Discraft Ultra-Star. (2)Competitor's equipment Regarding the uniform, you must bring both the top (shirt) and bottom (shorts/pants). As your team's uniform color may clash with that of the opposing team, please ensure your team has a set of shirts in a different color ready to wear. If wearing base layers with a tank-top style uniform, please ensure the team coordinates on the color; additionally, if wearing long pants, we recommend choosing a color that matches the uniform shorts. (3)Match duration 45 minutes (includes one 1-minute timeout; timeout duration not counted toward match time) *Subject to change based on the number of participating teams. (4)How to determine the gender ratio End-zone-determined type (5)Field size 100 m long by 37 m wide (end zones: 18 m long by 37 m wide) ＊Part: 100 m x 33 m (End zone: 18 m x 33 m) (6)Enter Match Results Each team is required to enter match results (including individual statistics) online. | No overnight stay | Teams participating on a day-trip basis are also requested to register their team name, representative's name, and email address for the purpose of tracking their movements.
