Number of teams | Maximum 96 teams (Minimum 32 teams) in each tournament If the number of applications exceed 96 teams, we will accept teams according to a random draw lottery. |
Priority Teams | Teams that order GAIA ULTIMATE uniforms (details below) or are endorsed by Shizuoka Prefecture Flying Disc Assocation will be given special priority if there is an excess of teams. |
Uniform Priority Program |
Teams that order the sublimated uniforms (shirts or pants or both) made by GAIA ULTIMATE, the special sponsor of the tournament, will be given priority to secure a slot in the tournament, in the case of a random draw lottery. + Requirements 1. Teams must order uniforms (shirts, shorts, or both) through Club Jr. to be worn at the tournament. 2. Both shirts and shorts worn by the teams must be made by Club Jr. (can be shirts or shorts from a previous order). + Application Please note that the deadline for this priority program is different from that for the general registration. Please register by selecting "Uniform Priority Program" in the registration form. After registration, please send the following information to yuni@clubjr.com 1. Team Name, 2. Captain's Name, 3. New Order or Reorder Please make sure to email the information by the deadline for the general registration. We need to receive both the application and the information above. If the number of applications for the priority program exceeds 64 teams, the slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. + Deadline September 25th, 1pm + GAIA ULTIMATE CUP Special Price Long Sleeve Jersey: 6,050JPY, Short Sleeve Jersey: 5,500JPY, Shorts: 4,400JPY *including sales tax If you are ordering with a new design, you must send us the idea and/or a rough sketch by September 26th, 1pm. Design deadline: October 3rd, 1pm (We need to fix the design by that time.) Order deadline: October 4th, 5pm (You must submit the order sheet with sizes and numbers.) If you are re-ordering, you submit the order sheet with sizes and numbers by October 7th, 5pm. Tournament Rules (Provisional) |
(1) Tournament Disc DISCRAFT UltraStar (2) Uniforms All participating players for a given team must wear jerseys and shorts of identical color and design. In case the jersey color is the same as the opposing team, please bring different color of shirts for all team members. Bibs or Pinnies are not allowed. (3) Length of the game 50 minutes (plus 1 minute timeout per team) *This may change depending on the number of participating teams. (4) Gender Ratio "End zone decides" rule (5) Field dimensions 100m long & 37m Wide (Endzone : 18m Deep and 37m Wide) (6) Reporting Score Please see the tournament guidelines for details. |
Awards | 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, Most Valuable Player, Valuable Player in each tournament |
Insurance | All participating players will be covered by sports insurance for any injuries that may occur during the competition. Please note that CLUB Jr. Co., Ltd. and the tournament organizing committee are not responsible for any accidents or other incidents that may occur during the tournament. |

Accommodation | All traveling teams must stay at the designated hotels. Please make a reservation through Mainichi Commnet Co., Ltd. However, Teams based in Shizuoka Prefecture are allowed to participate in the tournament without accommodation. |

We will send the link for team member registration. If you apply for the Uniform Priority Program and then decide to withdraw your application, please email the tournament organizing committee by this date/time to avoid penalty. If you cancel after this date/time, you must pay the tournament fee for 7 players. If you decide to withdraw your application after October 21th at 5pm, you must pay the tournament fee for all registered players. |

We will inform you if your team will be accepted or waitlisted. If accepted We will send the link for team member registration. If you decide to withdraw your application after October 28th at 5pm, you must pay the tournament fee for all registered players. If waitlisted If another team cancels and a slot opens up for your team, we will notify you by October 21 at 1pm. |
